Mobile Service Appointments
Appointment requests are confirmed by JM Powersports once a technician and time slot are assigned. Requested times are preferences, not guaranteed reservations, until confirmed in your account.
Estimates & Approval
No repair work beyond agreed diagnostics is performed until you approve the estimate in your account. Approved estimates authorize the listed parts, labor, and fees.
Diagnostic & Mobile Service Fees
Diagnostic and mobile service fees cover travel and on-site testing time and are payable whether or not you approve the recommended repair.
Access & Work Area
You are responsible for providing safe, legal, and reasonable access to the motorcycle. Service may be rescheduled if conditions are unsafe.
Payment
Invoices are due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and manually recorded cash or external payments.
Parts & Workmanship
Installed parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Workmanship concerns should be reported promptly so we can re-inspect the repair.
