Service Area
JM Powersports performs mobile service within our local travel radius. If your address falls outside the standard area, an extended travel fee may be quoted before the appointment is confirmed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment window. Same-day cancellations after a technician has been dispatched may be subject to a travel fee.
Parts Sourcing
Parts are sourced from OEM and quality aftermarket suppliers. Jobs waiting on parts are marked Waiting For Parts in your account with status updates as they arrive.
Photos, Videos & Notes
Diagnostic photos, videos, inspection results, and technician notes are stored with your service record so you always have documentation of the work performed.
Communication
Appointment and repair updates are sent through your account, email, and text where enabled. Marketing messages are only sent with your consent.
Safety
Some repairs require shop equipment or lifting capacity beyond mobile service. If we find work that should not be performed on site, we will tell you before proceeding.
